With a host of projects on our plate, there are few that require a public focus.

Hunters Point Building 813

Prescience International is collaborating with the City of San Francisco to evaluate the opportunity to create a 260,000 square foot Innovation Center focusing on the convergence of CleanTech, BioTech, and High-Tech. Building 813 would serve as a hub to incubate and develop companies focused on technology and innovation, from small start-ups to large, Fortune 500 companies. Building 813 will also serve as the Pacific Rim home for the United Nations Global Compact Sustainability Center, focusing on the adoption of economic and environmental sustainability across technologies and companies.

Prescience brings to the redevelopment analysis a vision of innovation, a network of companies, industry service providers, Venture Capital connectivity, and the ability to execute. Prescience is currently working with the City of San Francisco to conduct a Market Study around the proposed vision; to create a Marketing and Branding Strategy around the building; to create a Financing Feasibility Study and Financing Strategy proposal; to assist in the building Programming and Design; and to deliver a Leasing and Operations Strategy.

By expanding upon the proven Prescience model, Building 813 aims to provide the "Big Company Advantage" to companies within the building and across the Hunters Point Shipyard, catalyzing the redevelopment and renovation of the land and the technological landscape of San Francisco.
